The Inquiry

I will send you our Investment Guide with a ton of information on all our Wedding Collections ($3500-$8000). We offer everything from elopement packages to full-day wedding coverage. See our FAQs for more information!
The Initial Phone Call
Next we’ll jump on a phone call (or meet in person)! I want to get know you and your partner if they can join us! We will chat through your vision for your big day and what Collection might be the right choice for y’all!
Signing the contract
When you're ready to book, I'll send you a questionnaire! Once submitted, I'll draw up your contract! The contract protects both you and me! It lays out all the procedures and less-fun-but-still-important details. Your non-refundable deposit is due at the signing to officially book your date.
Finish wedding planning
You’ll finish planning the rest of your wedding/elopement. We love this stuff, so let us know if you have any questions or would like the thoughts of someone who is in the industry, especially if it may affect photos!
Timeline Assistance
Six weeks to one month before your wedding, we will schedule another phone call. This will be a longer one because we will need to talk through all the details of the day! I will help you finalize the timeline to make sure we have enough time for all of the photos you would like. A well constructed timeline might be the single most likely thing to decrease stress on the wedding day! And if you are stressed, it will definitely affect the quality of your photos. We do not want that!
THE BIG Day!
It’s finally here! Your wedding day! I will arrive promptly and work as hard as I can to create beautiful imagery to capture the memories that you’ll cherish forever. I consider myself a balance of laid back/easy to work with and being in charge enough to wrangle all groomsmen and family members to get the photos done efficiently. Ultimately, I am there for you! And we’ll do everything we can to accomplish your vision!
The Delivery
After the wedding day, I will delivery a few sneak peak photos as soon as possible. I know you need to post them and update Facebook marital statuses! You’ll receive them within the week of your wedding.
Then I get to work editing your images! Your gallery will be delivered online for you to view, order prints, and download your images. Once you have download and backed up your images in multiple places, feel free to share your online gallery with your family and friends for them to see all the details of your big day too!
Once You See and love your images
If your Collection includes a Sweetheart Album or if you would like to add one, this is when we will begin designing and submitting the album. You receive two rounds of changes and corrections to your album before it goes to print. Duplicate albums for parents, etc. can be added as well at a discounted price. Let us help you get your beautiful photos from the cloud to your walls! Our professionally printed products are high-quality and engineered to last a lifetime!
